As soon as I’ve received your inquiry, I’ll send a scheduling link for a free consultation! I love getting to meet clients in person or over Zoom before booking. Having a face to face interaction is required before booking me as your photographer, and only benefits us as we move forward in the intimate process of documenting your love. Meeting in person or over Zoom also gives you a great idea of how I communicate, what my personality is like, and allows you to make the best decision on whether you think we make a great fit.

Once we’ve determined the best photography package for you, you’ll receive a proposal & contract that outlines the terms, value, and details of your investment. As soon as you’ve signed your contract, and a retainer is received, your date is secured - POP THE CAVA!

It’s a great idea to get in front of the camera before your wedding day. It’s an opportunity to get your hair & makeup done, or even trial your bridal look! You’ll get a feel for what it’s like to be posed and prompted by me, and you’ll get to share, keep & print the fleeting moments we captured.
PLAN ENGAGEMENT SESSION

About 6-9 months out from your wedding, we will create a custom wedding day timeline for you. I’ll help you plan your day from start to finish in a way that won’t feel rushed, so that you can really experience the emotions as they unfold naturally. We will cover all logistics from getting ready to send off, considering lighting, time of sunset, etc. before your wedding day so that we can expect somewhat of an order of events.

Sometimes plans change. During the last month of wedding planning, we will be in touch about last minute timeline changes. I’ll request your final family shot list, and your remaining balance will be due 2 weeks prior to your wedding date, so that you don’t have to think about those details on your wedding day.

Your big day is finally here! Upon my arrival, I will begin with detail shots. I’ll ask you to keep your details in a box, in one corner of your getting ready space so that they’re easy to access. I’ll be following you & your most loved ones closely all day, capturing the moments & emotions passing by so that you can truly enjoy the day.

Photos are the last, tangible piece of evidence from your wedding day when it’s over. I know you’ll be craving to relive those moments all over again, so within 1 week of your wedding, you will receive a short gallery of previews to look back through as you await your full wedding gallery.
SNEAK PEEKS

Within 3 months of being MARRIED, you’ll receive a private online gallery, with all of the details you planned & invested in. You’ll get to see the people who came to support you, the love that was witnessed, the emotions you felt. You’ll finally get to view your curated collection of images that you get to savor, share & view for lifetimes.

Taylor offers up to 12 hours of coverage and will bring up to 2 professional photographers for more coverage. Custom timeline curation and personal phone calls are included with every package, as well as 1 week previews! Private online galleries hold 800+ high-res and web-res images. Full gallery delivery within 12 weeks.
